Introduction

The Smile Auto Car Wash Membership Program is a subscription-based service designed to make regular vehicle washing more convenient and affordable.

Instead of paying separately for each visit, members pay a recurring membership fee and receive access to the benefits included in their selected membership plan during each active billing period.

​

Depending on the plan you choose, membership benefits may include recurring car wash services, exclusive member pricing, promotional offers, and other advantages made available by Smile Auto Car Wash.

These Membership Terms explain how the membership program works, including enrollment, billing, usage, renewal, cancellation, and other important conditions.

By enrolling in the Membership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms, together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Membership Overview

Smile Auto Car Wash offers membership subscription plans that provide eligible customers with recurring vehicle wash benefits and exclusive member promotions.

Membership plans may vary in price, included services, participating locations, and available benefits.

Complete plan details will be presented before enrollment.

2. Membership Eligibility

To enroll in a membership, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information;

  • Register an eligible vehicle;

  • Maintain a valid payment method for recurring billing; and

  • Comply with these Membership Terms and all applicable company policies.

Smile Auto Car Wash reserves the right to refuse or cancel any membership application that contains false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

3. Registered Vehicle

Each membership is valid for one (1) registered vehicle only, unless otherwise stated in the selected membership plan.

Members may be asked to provide:

  • Vehicle plate number;

  • Vehicle make and model;

  • Vehicle type;

  • Vehicle color; and

  • Other information reasonably necessary to verify membership eligibility.

Membership benefits are intended solely for the registered vehicle and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to another vehicle or individual without prior written approval from Smile Auto Car Wash.

Members may be required to verify their membership using their registered vehicle plate number, QR code, membership card, mobile number, or other authorized verification methods introduced by Smile Auto Car Wash.

4. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits depend on the selected subscription plan and may include:

  • Unlimited monthly wash services;

  • Member-exclusive pricing;

  • Promotional offers;

  • Priority access to selected campaigns;

  • Other benefits announced by Smile Auto Car Wash from time to time.

Membership benefits are available only at participating Smile Auto Car Wash locations and may vary by branch.

Smile Auto Car Wash reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue membership benefits with reasonable prior notice.

5. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair access for all members, all membership plans are subject to the following Fair Use Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the selected membership plan:

  • Membership is valid only for the registered vehicle.

  • A maximum of one (1) wash per registered vehicle per calendar day may be redeemed.

  • Membership benefits may not be shared with another person or vehicle.

  • Membership may not be used for commercial fleet operations, rental vehicles, taxis, ride-hailing services, or other commercial purposes unless specifically authorized.

  • Members must follow all operational and safety procedures established by Smile Auto Car Wash.

Smile Auto Car Wash reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate memberships that are used fraudulently, excessively, or in violation of these Membership Terms.

6. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Membership fees are charged according to the selected subscription plan.

By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Smile Auto Car Wash and its authorized payment service providers to automatically charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until your membership is cancelled.

Recurring charges may include:

  • Membership fees;

  • Applicable taxes; and

  • Other charges that have been clearly disclosed and authorized.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout the membership period.

Smile Auto Car Wash does not store complete credit card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials.

7. Failed Payments

If a scheduled recurring payment cannot be successfully processed:

  • We may attempt to process the payment again;

  • Membership benefits may be temporarily suspended;

  • The customer may be requested to update the payment method; and

  • Membership may be cancelled if payment remains outstanding.

Membership benefits will be restored once payment has been successfully completed, where applicable.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Members may cancel their membership at any time through the authorized cancellation methods provided by Smile Auto Car Wash.

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the current billing period has begun.

Refunds may be considered only under circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate charges;

  • System or billing errors;

  • Failure to activate the membership;

  • Other situations required under applicable Philippine law.

9. Membership Suspension or Termination

Smile Auto Car Wash reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership where a member:

  • Provides false registration information;

  • Shares membership benefits with another vehicle or individual;

  • Uses the membership for unauthorized commercial purposes;

  • Commits fraud or payment abuse;

  • Violates branch safety rules;

  • Damages company property;

  • Engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct; or

  • Materially breaches these Membership Terms.

Where reasonably practicable, members will be informed of the reason for the suspension or termination.

10. Service Availability

Membership services are subject to normal branch operations and may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Equipment maintenance;

  • Power interruptions;

  • Water supply interruptions;

  • Severe weather conditions;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Safety concerns; or

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control.

Temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle members to refunds.

Where a significant interruption materially affects membership services, Smile Auto Car Wash may, at its discretion, provide an extension, service credit, or another reasonable remedy.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during membership registration and operation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.

Membership information may be used to:

  • Verify membership eligibility;

  • Process recurring payments;

  • Prevent fraud;

  • Provide customer support;

  • Improve our services; and

  • Comply with legal obligations.

12. Changes to Membership Terms

Smile Auto Car Wash may revise these Membership Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, membership programs, business operations, or legal requirements.

Updated versions will be published on our website together with the revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of your membership after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Membership Terms.
